India former captain Sourav Ganguly is looking forward to World Cup 2023 India and he picks his best four teams to qualify for the semi finals of the tournament. The tournament is scheduled from October 5 to November 19.
Last week ICC has announced the venues and complete schedule for the tournament. The inaugural match will take place at Ahmedabad, Narendra Modi Stadium. New Zealand will take on England in the first match of the ICC World Cup 2023. As the tournament is closing up fans and experts started to predict the best teams of the tournament.
In the recent chat with Rivsportz Ganguly named his best five teams of the tournament and most likely to be in semi finals as he predicts it.
His top teams are

Sourav Ganguly said,"It’s very hard to say [teams that could make the semi-final]. Australia, England, India. You can never underestimate New Zealand in these big matches. I will pick five, and include Pakistan also".
He also said,"Pakistan better qualify so that we will have the India-Pakistan semi-final at the Eden Gardens".
We can not understand that what is the thinking of Sourav Ganguly as he recently stated that Pakistan India matches in World Cup are not much interesting as they are always one sided and prefered India Vs Australia in regard of quality cricket.
Ganguly is very much knee that men in blue will end the drought of ICC trophy this year as they are playing in home ground and believes India has quality players to be World Champions once again.
“We don’t perform well sometimes, in crucial phases," Ganguly said. "I don’t feel it is mental pressure, but all about execution. They are mentally strong people. Hopefully, they will cross the line soon," said Ganguly
This World Cup will not be the same as we have seen before. Each team is well prepared and looking forward to put the opposition on the backfoot as every teams consists quality players who had played a lot of cricket all around the world.
The teams coming from the qualifiers, Siri Lanka and Nederlands, are said to most weakest teams of the tournament according to the rankings but that's for sure they can't be taken lightly as Siri Lankan is in hot form and we have seen Nederlands denied South Africa for the semis in T20 World Cup.
